Accept a first Box pilot
Choose one machine and one task. Agree the test and the acceptance owner before installation.
Check the installed release and the agreed project scope before using a feature.
Record the scope
Write down the machine, PLC, firmware, Box model, app versions, site network and intended users. Define the required values, units, read interval and expected load.
Agree the test period and success thresholds with the site owner. Record the baseline for the chosen task. Do not present a target as a measured result.
Complete these acceptance checks

- Record each check as passed, failed or not tested.
- Assign an owner and due date for each open issue.
- Obtain acceptance from the agreed site representative.
- Approve the next machine only after the required checks pass.
